This agreement becomes effective only when signed by your name/company. In case collection proves necessary, the Client agrees to pay all fees (including all solicitors fees and court costs) incurred by that process. Your name/company reserves the right to remove any Project from viewing in any medium until final payment is made. Your name/company will not undertake or invoice overtime without express Client consent and agreement. Overtime is classed as work requested by the Client to be completed outside of your name/company office hours which are Monday – Friday 09:30 to 17:30. Any overtime required on this project will be invoiced at a rate of £xx/hr and must be expressly agreed to in writing by the Client prior to being worked. In the event that a project spans more than one calendar month, your name/company will issue more than one invoice.
